Mr. Myers retired from Westvaco Corporation in 1977 with 42 years of service and was a Navy veteran of World War II and a member of Victory Post 155, American Legion, Westernport. He is survived by his widow Anna (Cowatch) Myers; one son, Robert L. Myers, Keyser; one daughter, Mrs. Virginia Ann Collins, Rochester, Pa.; four grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. The family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to the Tri-Towns Rescue Squad."
