Wilbur was age 64 years at time of death, He died at the Good Samaritan Center, in Auburn. He and his wife lived in Sterling for 25 years, then moved to Lincoln for a short time before moving to Auburn in last year of his life. He worked for Louis Boeve Construction Company in Johnson, NE. and also was a trucker for Parris Trucking in Lincoln. He retired in 1988 due to ill health. Surviving him were his wife, Alberta of... Surviving him were his wife, Alberta of Auburn; two sons, Robert of Lincoln and Rodney and wife Jana also of Lincoln. 5 daughters, Mrs. Dennis (Barbara Ann) Davis of Lincoln, Mrs. Allen (Cindy Lou) Malsbury, Sr. of Lincoln, Mrs. Bob (Mary Jo) Sherman of Auburn, Mrs. Harlan (Debra Jean)Jones and Mrs. Pat (Connie Marie) Paris all of Lincoln, NE. 13 grandchildren, 2 brothers, Garrett of Spencer, IA. and Richard of Gaston, OR. three sisters, Mrs. Roland (Gertrude) Kelton of Lincoln. Mrs. Calvin (Marg)Demitroff of Lincoln and Mrs. Wayne (Hazel) Higgins of Bennet. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two granddaughters. Funeral services were held May 18, 1992 at the United Methodist Church of Sterling. Interment was in the Sterling,NE. Cemetery
