Description	:	William Agedius Lindner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Volfgang Lindner, was born April 26, 1858, at Flag Center, Iowa. At the age of 16 he came to Seward county and stayed with relatives at Middle Creek. In the year of 1882 he settled on a farm near Pleasant Dale. He was married to Carlina Roebke in 1884. To this union ten children were born, two preceding him in death. In the year 1929 he left the farm and moved to Seward. Read More	William Agedius Lindner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Volfgang Lindner, was born April 26, 1858, at Flag Center, Iowa. At the age of 16 he came to Seward county and stayed with relatives at Middle Creek. In the year of 1882 he settled on a farm near Pleasant Dale. He was married to Carlina Roebke in 1884. To this union ten children were born, two preceding him in death. In the year 1929 he left the farm and moved to Seward. About four weeks ago he went to Graceville, Minn., to visit his son, where he had a stroke from which he died on October 9, 1938. He was 80 years, 6 months and 13 days of age. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife; four daughters, Mrs. Geo. Eggerling of Garland, Mrs. William Sieck of Everette, Wash., Mrs. Albert Farke of Odell, Mrs. Roy Mook (or Moak from another obit) of Pleasant Dale; four sons, Godfrey and William of Pleasant Dale, Adolph of Graceville, Minn., and Gustav of Seward; also 39 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and many friends. Funeral services were held in Seward Thursday, October 13, at St. John's Lutheran church at 1:30 p.m. Rev. C. H. Becker had charge of the services. Burial was in the Iowa church cemetery, southeast of Seward. Seward Independent, Seward, NE, Thurs, October 20, 1938
