Description	:	John Wm. was my great-grandfather. He moved to Kansas in 1854 to Council Grove, Kansas, where I grew up. He had a cattle ranch until a blizzard destroyed it. He became the sheriff there. I have his election flag for Lincoln and Johnson, 1864. My grandprarents and parents grew up in the same town as did I until 1957. There is a picture of him in the Museum there. He had red hair and a long beard. The red hair and beards continue!I He also had the wedding band of his wife . My mother knew of him as...
