Read More	William Dale Frazier was born August 12, 1933, on a farm near Fairmont, the only son of Ira and Sarah Elliott Frazier. He passed away on March 28, 1981, in his home in Fort Collins, Col. Bill grew up in the Fairmont area, attending District No. 11 country school and graduating from Fairmont Public School in 1951. After his graduation, he attended Nebraska Wesleyan University until joining the U.S. Army, where he was stationed primarily in Germany. After returning home, he utilized and expanded on his army training for a career with the Stearns-Rogers Corporation in Denver. For many he worked closely with the government, both in the U.S. and overseas. His later years were spent at the Denver office, totalling 19 and one-half years with the corporation. Bill then moved to Fort Collins where he owned and managed a high-fashion boutique, always loving this line of work, and being his own boss. Using his artistic flair and ability, he expanded the boutique threefold. Bill's faithful companion and protector was his pure bread German Shepherd dog, Kam. Their mutual love and respect for one another was quite apparent. Kam went everywhere with Bill and was with him at the time of his death. Bill was a pillar of strength to his family at various times in their lives, especially during the recent tragedies in the lives of other members of the family. His subtle wit and humor made him an extremely fun person to know and to be with. Bill was a natural musician and artist and used these talents to entertain friends and family. He loved life and made the very best of each situation as it arose. He always remembered old friends in his special ways. Bill was loved by many people of all ages and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Bill was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents; his father and mother, Ira and Sarah Frazier of Fairmont; a brother-in-law, Leonard Fishel of Loveland, Col.; two nephews, Scott Fishel of Loveland, Col., and Tim Kleinschmidt of Grafton; an uncle and aunt, Henry and Bess Delaney of Exeter; two uncles, Howard Brower of Geneva and John Smith of Paramount, Cal. He is survived by his three sisters, Mrs. Bonnie Fishel of Loveland, Col., Sally Fletcher of Loveland, Col., and Mrs. Susan (Bill) Kleinschmidt of Grafton. Other survivors are are Bill Kleinschmidt, a brother-in-law, of Grafton; four nephews, Jan Fishel and his wife, Janet, Danne Fishel and Mike Begs, all of Loveland, Col. He is also survived by aunts, Mrs. Howard Brower of Geneva and Mrs. John Smith of Paramount, Cal.; and an aunt and uncle, Dorothy and Earl Frazier of Fairmont; four cousins and their spouses. He leaves to mourn him, many other relatives and friends. Rev. Charles Schepel performed the memorial rites for Bill and his family. Mrs. Bernita Lomax provided the solo organ music. The services were conducted from the United Methodist Church in Geneva. William's remains were buried at the Fairmont Cemetery, next to his mother and father on April 1, 1981 The Nebraska Signal April 2, 1981. Lot owner: Ira Frazier.
