He graduated from William Penn High School in 1948 and served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps. Bill owned and operated the Booth House Tavern and Package Store for several years. Later he was a supervisor for Delaware Seat Co. During his retirement, Bill spent many hours enjoying gardening and was very proud of his gladiolas.	Son of William and Susan Octavio.
