| Description | : | Dr. William Edwards Croxton of West Point died of pneumonia early Saturday morning at a hospital in Richmond. Dr. Croxton was the son of Dr. William Virginius Croxton, who was a medical officer in the Confederate Army, and Barbara Winston Lewis Croxton. Dr. Croxton was born at Belmont, the ancestral home of the family in King William County, June 25, 1882. He graduated from the Medical College of Virginia in 1904 and took graduate work at the New York Post Graduate Medical School. He began practice in King William County in 1906.
