Description	:	W.J.F. PFEIFFER DIES IN ST. PAUL William J.F. Pfeiffer, 79, retired Northern Pacific employee, died at the Northern Pacific hospital, St. Paul, Minnesota, Thursday night at 10 o'clock. He had been a patient for nearly a month. Mrs. Herbert Hibbard, Jamestown, a daughter has been in St. Paul all this week. The body will be brought to Jamestown for funeral service and burial. Arrangements have not yet been made. Survivors are the following sons and daughters; Mrs. Hibbard; Mrs. M.C. PFEIFFER SAID THIS MORNING REV. JEROME E. FILTEAU IN CHARGE OF SERVICES AT ST. JAMES CHURCH Requiem mass for William F.J. Pfeiffer, who died at the Northern Pacific hospital Thursday night was offered at the St. James Catholic Church at 10 o'clock this morning. Rev. Jerome E. Filteau was in charge of the services. Mrs. M.A. Buchanan played for the mass and the church choir. Burial was in the family lot of Calvary cemetery. Pallbearers were John Burke, A.J. Witham, F.E. Mallick, Richard Linn, C.W. Schaller and A. Falk. Attending the services from out-of-town were: Mrs. Susan Driver, Crosby, Minnesota; Mrs. M.C. Olson, and Dale, William, Robert, and Ardyth Olson, all of Fargo; W.J. Pfeiffer, Durwood, Minnesota; Bernard E. Pfeiffer and sons, Bernard, Jr. and Jerry William, Nampa, Idaho; Mrs. Dollie Miller, Owatonna, Minnesota; Mrs. Mary Mueller, Brainerd, Minnesota; Mrs. R.J. Montagne, Fargo; Mr. and Mrs. Claude Shannon, Fort Ripley, Minnesota; Robert Scribner, Little Falls, Minnesota; and Eugene, Mary, Catherine, Helen and Richard Pfeiffer, Carrington. Mr. Pfeiffer was born June 30, 1863 at Calbe of Satle Provincy, Saxony, Germany. He came to the United States December 21, 1881. Mr. Pfeiffer and Miss Susanna Miller were married November 19, 1891, at St. Mathias, Minnesota. They made their first home on a farm near St. Mathias and later moved to Brainerd, Minnesota. They came to North Dakota and lived in Carrington and New Rockford before coming to Jamestown in 1922. Mr. Pfeiffer was a Northern Pacific employee until his retirement several years ago. Mrs. Pfeiffer has been dead a number of years. Survivors are three daughters and two sons, Mrs. Herbert Hibbard, Jamestown; Mrs. Driver; Mrs. Olson; W.J.
