William Forrest Bliesman, son of Beverly Loretta (Kliegle) and Richard William Bliesman, was born Oct. 21, 1969, in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. Billy graduated from Mount Pleasant High School in 1989. William Forrest Bliesman, son of Beverly Loretta (Kliegle) and Richard William Bliesman, was born Oct. 21, 1969, in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. Billy graduated from Mount Pleasant High School in 1989. He lived in Creston for 10 years. He worked several years at Innovative Industries. Billy lived at Taylor Ridge Estates in Lenox for 14 years. Moving to Bedford, Billy had lived there since 2012. Billy was a member of the Church of the Nazarene and participated in Bible quizzing. He also attended the Church of Christ in Creston, and was baptized in that church when he was 18. Billy is survived by his mother Beverly Lyon of Creston; aunts and uncles, Walter Kliegle of Oskaloosa, Frank and Janet Kliegle of Duluth, Minn., and Belva (husband Bernard) Pettit of Palatka, Fla.; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Billy was preceded in death by his father Richard in August 1990.
