Description	:	William F. Coston was born to parents, Frank M and Mabel A Taylor Coston on February 9, 1923. Bill graduated from Cameron High School and served in the Air Force during World War II. He married Kathryn L. Wright on August 15, 1948 at Skidmore. They established their first home in Las Animas, Colorado, where Bill managed a seed house. Wright on August 15, 1948 at Skidmore. They established their first home in Las Animas, Colorado, where Bill managed a seed house. Martin Allen, their first child was born there. In 1952, they moved to Skidmore where Bill continued in the seed business, harvesting Kentucky Blue Grass in Missouri and South Dakota and other states until 1968. In 1960, he started farming. Their other children are: Crystal Paulette, Sheila Dawn and William Victor. William F. "Bill" Coston, 73, Skidmore, died Wednesday, May 29, 1996, at St. Francis Hospital, Maryville, Mo. Born Feb. 9, 1923, in Skidmore to Frank M. and Mabel Taylor Coston, he was a farmer. He married Kathryn Louise Wright, Aug. 15, 1948, in Skidmore. A resident of the Skidmore area for most of his life, Mr. Coston was a graduate of Cameron High School, Cameron, Mo. He served in the U.S. Army Corps during World War II and was a member of Countryside Christian Church, Maryville; the Sam R. Albright American Legion Post 411, Skidmore; and a charter member of the Skidmore Lions Club. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Earlene A. Markham, and one brother, Robert Coston. Survivors include his wife, Kathryn, of Skidmore; two sons, Martin A. "Marty" Coston, of Quitman, Mo., and W. Victor Coston of Quitman; two daughers, Crystal P. Beckenhauer of Reedley, Calif., and Sheila D. Penner of Reedley, Calif.; two sisters, Erma L. Bilby of Savannah, and LaVena M. Loehr of Kansas City; nine grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Services: June 1, 1996, at Countryside Christian Church, Maryville, Mo., with the Rev. Delbert Biehle and the Rev. Dale Powell, officiating. Burial: Hillcrest Cemetery, Skidmore, Mo.
