Description	:	Parsonsville. On Monday evening about six o'clock Mr. Wm. Sterling, known to us as "Uncle Bill Tallity," passed away. For years he has been a decrepit old man but during his younger days many knew him as a sea captain and sailor. He had lived his four score years. He leaves a widow and four children, one son, Mr. Robt. H. Sterling, and three daughters, Mrs. Wm. Ward of Lawsonia, Mrs. James Purnell of Crisfield, and Mrs. Edward Miles of Hopewell.
