Description	:	A son of William Harrison and Eleanor Ataway Fowler, who came down from Virginia in 1762. He married Nancy Higgins, daughter of William Higgins, Sr., born ca. 1740 and died after Nov. 1821, and Polly Heddin who died ca. 1821 and was a daughter of Elisha Hiddin, who died ca. 1816. He settled at or near Martins Cross Roads on what was earlier the Reubin Martin plantation and had a large family with close connections to Warrior Creek Church. Fowler, buried in this cemetery. - Levina Fowler, who married Starland Jones and buried in this cemetery with a hand made marker with the initials of her husband which seems to indicate that he personally make the gravestone. -Elvy Fowler, born Mar. 25, 1816 and married William Sloan, born Aug. 20, 1808, having at least 5 children.
