Description	:	Son of John Williams and Rebecca Hartshorn Elliott he was born in Londonderry, NH in 1821, his father was a farmer, but that was not the life for him. He came to Manchester and married Serena Francis and opened a jewerley store at 845 Elm St, he also sold optical goods and musical instruments. He also purchased a house at 235 Orange St and lived there until his death. He worked in the store until atleast 1900 per the census and perhaps even in death in 1902. He had other children that are not listed here, one was Ida Smith married to Arthur who was a florist, he and Serena lived with them until her death in 1895
