I am assuming the cemetery of burial is the Douglas Township Cemetery which is about 5 miles from the Harvey Hight home which was located just east of Fiscus. William Harvey Hight's wife and child are buried in the Douglas Cemetery. Obituary from Audubon Journal: William Harvey Hight was born in Livingston County, Illinois, June 14, 1866 and died December 12, 1907, aged 41 yrs, 5 mos. 28 days. He came to Iowa with his parents in 1870 and settled in audubon County where he has since resided since, with the exception of three years which he spent in Cedar county, Nebraska and one year which he spent in the West in hopes of regaining his health. He was united in marriage to Miss Rosala Fiscus in 1888, and to this union five children were born, two of whom with his wife preceded him to the home beyond. His parents with two brothers, one sister and his three children are left to mourn his departure. He was a good husband and an indulgent father just and honest in all of his dealings with with his fellow men and kind to all. He has been a great sufferer for several years and bore it with great patience and fortitude. The funeral services were conducted Sunday at the home of his father, Harvey Hight in the western part of the county, by Rev. Ira. E. Carney of the Christian Church, and the body was laid to rest in the cemetery near the old home. His remains reached here from Colorado where he died, Saturday morning.
