Description	:	William H. Kosters, 87, of Orange City, died Wednesday, Nov. 14, at the Valley Manor Nursing Home in Rock Valley. Funeral services were Saturday, Nov. 17, at 11 a.m. at First Reformed Church, Orange City. The Rev. Steven William Henry was born Feb. 16, 1914, in Lincoln Township, the son of Henry W. and Grace (Van't Hul) Kosters. Funeral services were Saturday, Nov. 17, at 11 a.m. at First Reformed Church, Orange City. The Rev. Steven William Henry was born Feb. 16, 1914, in Lincoln Township, the son of Henry W. and Grace (Van't Hul) Kosters. He was raised in the Hull area and served in the United States Navy during World War II. On Feb. 28, 1941, he married Sadie Rikkers at Hull. On Sept. 17, 1977, he married Lois Rensink at Sioux Center. For most of his life, "Bill" made his home in Orange City, where he was a carpenter. On Sept. 6, 1996, he became a resident of the Valley Manor. He was a member of First Reformed Church, where he has served on the consistory as a deacon and was a Stephen's minister. He also belonged to the Pressman-Kosters American Legion Post in Orange City, and he was a former Gideon. Survivors include his four children and their spouses, Tylene and Allen Zevenbergen of Sioux City; Harold and Lila Kosters of Orange City; Shirley and Alton Harrell of Omaha, Neb.; and LaVonne and Peter Hoekstra of Sioux Center; 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; and two sisters and their husbands, Fanetta and John De Wild, of Rock Rapids; and Margaret and the Rev. Alvin Hospers, of Grand Haven, Mich. RLK
