Description	:	THE FREE LANCE STAR, Fredericksburg, VA Monday, February 13, 1939, page 1 William H. Manning, 84, of Stafford County, died yesterday afternoon at his home. He had been in critical condition since he was stricken with paralysis last week. He is survived by three sons, William, of Martinsburg, W. Va., and Burley and Joe, of Stafford, and two daughters, Mrs. Lyda Berry, of this city, and Mrs. Janie Brooks, of Stafford. Clements. Active pallbearers will include Aubrey Brooks, Cleveland Brooks, Monroe Brooks, Walter Manning, Herman Berry, and Joe Boutchyard, Jr.
