Description	:	Aged 86 Y's, 2 M's & 19 D's Thanks to Bob Weimer for the bio: William, the son of Jacob Hill and Catharine Block, was born on his father's farm in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania in June of 1823. Later in the summer after William's birth, Jacob moved his family to Clinton Township in Seneca County, Ohio. In the summer of 1839 William accompanied his father's family and the families of his married siblings to farms in Clay Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. There his father died in 1842 and William inherited the family farm conditioned upon providing a home... On March 6, 1845 William married Barbara Bowers, a month after his sister Malinda married John Bowers, the brother of Barbara. William and Barbara had ten children--Jacob, Adam, Elizabeth, Catherine, John, Henry, Malinda, Anne, Mary D. and William. William died in 1909 and was buried in the Hill family cemetery next to the grave of his wife who had died in 1888.
