Description	:	Disinterment from the Duncanson Family Cemeteries, Nottoway County during the 1941-42 Fort Pickett expansion. "These 2 family cemeteries were located south of Lake Road and west of Pelham Road within the controlled access danger area of Fort Pickett in what was Tract H-285 owned by O.D. Duncanson et al. in 1944 (see Table 1 and Figure 1). Although it is likely that one cemetery was African American and the other Euro American, since both are referred to as "Duncanson", there is no way to tell which cemetery is which. The exact location of these former cemeteries has not been identified at the time of this survey." Son of R. N. and Mary R. Duncanson. William married Mary F. Wainwright on 12 Dec 1876 in Dinwiddie County, Virginia.
