A former driver for Burlington Truck Lines, he was born Oct. 9, 1914, in Lancaster, Mo. to Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Andrews. He married Helen M. Howard Dec. 24, 1952, in Ottumwa. Survivors: his wife; stepsons Arthur Howard of New London and Robert Howard of Eldon; a stepdaughter, Marjorie Keilkoph of Cedar Rapids; 17 stepgrandchildren; 12 stepgreat-grandchildren; and a sister, Hazel Greene of Bloomfield. Service: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Johnson Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Richard Qualls, Bethany Baptist Church, officiating. Burial: Shaul Cemetery, with military services by American Legion. Members of American Legion will serve as pallbearers. Visitation: 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
