Description	:	WM. M. KIRBY IS TAKEN BY DEATH - William M. Kirby, 65, well known resident of Milton, W. Va., died suddenly Thursday at the old Kirby homestead. Funeral services will be held at the Kirby home, Milton, Saturday afternoon under direction of Dr. U. V. W. Darlington, friend of the deceased. Burial will be in the Milton cemetery. Va., died suddenly Thursday at the old Kirby homestead. Funeral services will be held at the Kirby home, Milton, Saturday afternoon under direction of Dr. U. V. W. Darlington, friend of the deceased. Burial will be in the Milton cemetery. William Kirby, born February 8, 1852, at Pt. Pleasant, Mason county, came to Cabell county in the year 1868 with his parents, residing in this county until his death. He was a brother-in-law of the late Judge E. S. Doolittle, and was well known in Huntington and throughout the county, having served as jury commissioner of the circuit and criminal courts for many years. On December 5, 1878, Mr. Kirby married Miss Agnes McChesney. To this union were born seven children, five of whom survive, together with the wife, one sister and two brothers. The children are C. G. Kirby, W. E. Kirby and Elizabeth Kirby, all of Milton, and Harry Kirby, of Huntington. The sister and brothers surviving are Mrs. C. H. Kent, of Hurricane, and T. R. Kirby and H. T.
