Description	:	OBITUARY William Magill, second son of John and Lucinda Millen, was born July 24th, 1849 in Macoupin County, Illinois, and died Feruary 10th, 1917, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Raymond Branson, in Olton, TAexas aged 67 years, 6 months and 17 days. He was united in marriage to Miss Sarah Goldizen, who departed this life in 1879. To this union was born one daughter, Maude. He was united in marriage to Miss Sarah Goldizen, who departed this life in 1879. To this union was born one daughter, Maude. In 1881 he was married to Miss Eliza Goldizen, who departed this life in 1892. To this union were born four daughters, Effie, Oma, Lucinda and Doris. Oma died in infancy. He was converted at Gosport when nineteen years of age, and has been an active memeber of the M.E. church ever since. He leaves four daughters, Mrs. O.E.Moon, of Purdy, Mrs. George Hancock, of Chariton, Mrs. Raymond Brannon of Olton, Texas, and Miss Doris of Purdy, also sixteen grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Linnia Smith, of Lacona, two brothers, R.A. of Melcher, and E.O. of Chariton, besides a host of other relatives and freiends. One sister, Mrs. Martha Stewart, and one brother, Elmer, preceded him to the Great Beyond. Funeral services were held at Union Chapel, in Marion county, on February 14th, at 11am, conducted by Rev. L.B.Carpenter, of Panora, and interment took place in the Gosport Cemetery.
