He was born on June 1, 1948 in Glenmora to the union of Francis "Doc" Seal and James Alva "Pud" Place Seal. He was a 1968 graduate of the Glenmora High School, Baptist by faith, and a retired Oil Field and Construction worker. He also was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend. His parents, precedes him in death. He leaves behind his loving family to cherish his memory, his wife of thirty-nine years, Earlene Seal of Houma; one son, Kevin Seal and wife Brandi of Houma; two step-daughters, Donna Campanile and husband Tony of Alexandria and Darla Provost of Lafayette; three brothers, Terry Seal and wife Cathy of Glenmora, Jerry Seal and wife Vivian of Tomball, Texas and Charles Seal and wife Lavonia of Cypress Creek; one grandson, Logan Seal; and four step-grandchildren, Victoria Yu, Alexandra Yu, Cade Boyer, and Francesca Campanile along with a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers to serve will be Roger Droddy, Gurvis Droddy, Ralph Stephens, Ricky Stephens, Scotty Johnson and Bryant Rayburn. Friends may call today from 9 a.m. until time of service in the chapel.
