The funeral will occur under the auspices of the undertaking parlors of W B O'Brien, Sonora, this Saturday afternoon at two o'clock. Services will be conducted by the Zenith Rebekah Lodge of Tuolumne and Sonora Lodge No 10 IOOF in which he held membership. Internment will be made in the IOOF cemetery. He was 45 years old and a native of California. Son of Josiah Charles Proctor and Adeline Brown. Brother of Evaline and Frank. Husband of Charlotte Esidora Marshall, the daughter of Franklin Marshall and Hoveta Morales. Father of: * Josiah Marshall Proctor 1908–1983 * William Robert Proctor Jr. 1910–1998 * Gertrude M Proctor, Mrs Andrew Lindsey 1912–2001 * Hoveta Adaline Proctor, Mrs Donald Darling 1916–1998 In the 1900 census he lived with his parents at Angels Camp and worked as a quartz miner. In the 1910 census he and his family lived at Angels Camp where he was a driver in the gold industry.
