Description	:	"William S. McAdams is a son of Valentine and Evaline McAdams, and was born in Warren County, Indiana in 1842. He was mostly engaged with his father on the home farm, and attended school but six months. Subsequently he was married to Sarah E. Waymire, a daughter of Alexander and Louisa Waymire. During the war he was drafted, and was exempted on account of an accident previously sustained; but he was anxious to enlist. Mr. and Mrs. McAdams have three children.
