Description	:	He was the youngest child born to John Henry Rabon, Sr. and Edith Blanche Rabon. He was a graduate of Blaney High School. He joined the U.S.A.F. in July 1948 and served in both the Korean and Vietnam wars and was awarded many medals. He received top secret clearance in 1958 and retired with 20 years of service. After retiring he went into Civil Service and served with the Navy as Fire Chief at San Magil in the Philippines then transferred to Clark U.S.A.F. where he also served as the Fire Chief. Mr. Rabon was a Shriner and member of the Pontiac Masonic Lodge #429. He was a member of Union Baptist Church, where he served as Deacon and Chairman of the Deacons for a number of years. In addition to his parents, Mr. Rabon was preceded in death by his sisters Helen Steadman, Mattie Branham, Jessie Catoe Higgins and Blanche Virginia Monroe(51841208).
