Description	:	Mr. Carver was born March 17, 1953 to Loman James and Hazel Cathleen Carver in Wallace, Idaho. He graduated high school and joined the U.S. Navy in 1972 where he served until honorably discharged in 1975. Later on in life, Billy furthered his education by receiving an Associate's Degree in Metallurgy from U.A.A. He moved to Alaska in the mid 1980s where he lived in Fairbanks and then Anchorage, before making Sterling his final residence. He worked in the oilfield as a Quality Control Manager for Worley Parsons Corporation.	Mr. Carver was born March 17, 1953 to Loman James and Hazel Cathleen Carver in Wallace, Idaho.
