Read More	Gaffney, S.C. - William Wyatt Goforth, Jr., 88, of 185 Bud's Trail, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at Mary Black Memorial Hospital. Born in Gaffney, he was the husband of Lorena Ritch Goforth and was the son of the late William Wyatt Goforth, Sr. and Ollie Mae Gossett Goforth. Mr. Goforth retired from Kohler Company, was a mason and shriner, was a U. S. Army World War II veteran, and was a member of Goucher Baptist Church. In addition to his wife also surviving is a son, Donald Ray Goforth of the home; two daughters, Barbara Elizabeth Mullinax and husband, Lee, of Gaffney and Pat Scoggins and husband, Bates, of Jonesville; a brother, Frank Hill Goforth of Boiling Springs, S.C.; a sister, Betty Blackwell of Jonesville; four grandchildren, Barbara Ann Humphries, Marshall Wyatt Mullinax, John Ashley Mullinax and wife, Jaime, and Stacey Williams and husband, Eric; five great-grandchildren, Ava Williams, Logan Williams, Garrison Williams, William Mullinax and Ashley Mullinax. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Aleck Goforth, Donald Goforth, Harry Goforth and Carlisle Goforth and three sisters, Mildred Goforth, Emily Goforth and Mary Martin. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at Goucher Baptist Church. Graveside services will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Goucher Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Norman Gardner officiating. Memorials may be made to: Goucher Baptist Church, 415 Goucher Creek Road, Gaffney, S.C. 29340. The family will be at the home of Lee and Barbara Mullinax, 1646 Asbury Road, Pacolet.
