Description	:	Willie Thero "Buster" Lambert, 84, of Georgetown, died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2001, in Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 26, 2001, at 2 p.m. in Lakewood Baptist Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Dr. Lewis E. McCormick and the Rev. Sam R. Truett. Burial with Masonic rites, under the direction of Mayer Funeral Home, will follow in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens. Mr. Lambert was born Sept. 3, 1916, in Georgetown, a son of the late Willie Walter Lambert and Eliza Jane L. Lambert. He lived all his life in the Georgetown area and retired from International Paper Company in 1979. Mr. Lambert was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church, Winyah Lodge 40, Ancient Free Masons, and the Quarter Century Club at the paper mill. He was the widower of Mae Creel Lambert. He was also predeceased by a daughter, Patricia A. Lambert; two sons, John W. Lambert and Robert C. Lambert; a brother, Robert L. Lambert; and a sister, Mamie McClellan. Surviving are two sons, William L. Lambert and Ronald A. Lambert, both of Georgetown; a daughter, Evelyn L. Floyd of Andrews; a brother, John W. Lambert of Beaufort; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. (The Georgetown Times)
