Description	:	Wilma E. Gossett, 88, died Thursday, March 8, 2012 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born March 20, 1923 in the family log cabin in Buford, the daughter of Leslie and Elma (Donohoo) Roush, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband Hugh and her two brothers, Donald and Floyd. She married her childhood neighbor, Hugh Gossett,... Read More	Wilma E. Gossett, 88, died Thursday, March 8, 2012 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born March 20, 1923 in the family log cabin in Buford, the daughter of Leslie and Elma (Donohoo) Roush, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband Hugh and her two brothers, Donald and Floyd. As a young woman she moved from Pricetown to Bethel where she lived on the family farm until she graduated from Bethel High School in 1940. During the war she lived and worked in Cincinnati. She married her childhood neighbor, Hugh Gossett, and they eventually settled back in Pricetown on a farm and raised their family. After Hugh's death she moved back to Bethel to live near her sisters. As her health declined she moved to Cincinnati to live with her daughter Bonnie. Wilma was an avid gardener, a great cook, and loved music. She taught her children to play piano and she played for the children's Sunday School for many years. She is survived by her three children, Bonnie (Everett) Brewer of Cincinnati, Jim (Susan) Gossett of Westerville, and Anita Gossett (Ronnie) of Lodi, NJ. In addition she leaves three grandchildren, Chad (Colleen) Brewer of Fairfield, Dave Brewer of Cincinnati, Jenna Gossett of Westerville and three great-grandchildren, Adam, Blake, and Ella Brewer. She is also survived by her three sisters, Ethel (Frank) Manning, Vera (Clint) Mize, and Virginia (Lloyd) Leonard all of Bethel. Brother- in- law, Roger (Jeanette) Gossett of Pricetown, Sisters-in-law, Viola Leininger of Danville and Velma Layman of Ocala, Florida as well as many nieces and nephews mourn her passing. Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 16th at the Pricetown Church of Christ, Daryl Mount and Leo Kuhn will officiate. Burial will follow in the Ruble Cemetery
