Description	:	Wilma Joan Westhoff, 71, of Parsons, died at 1:00 a.m., Thursday, March 8, 2007, at the Granbury Care Center in Granbury, Texas. She had been in failing health. She was born July 7, 1935, in Richards, Missouri, to Thomas Leo and Ruth May (Webster) Hibdon. She was raised by her mother and step-father, Charles Sheehy, after her father died in 1939. She was a member of the St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Parsons and the Pioneers Retirement Club for Southwestern Bell employees. She and Robert Lee Westhoff were married at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Walnut and later divorced. She and William Keagle were married in Wichita. He preceded her in death. She and Robert L. Westhoff were reunited in marriage on August 20, 1999 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Parsons. He survives of the home. SURVIVORS: Husband - Robert Lee Westhoff of the home One Son - Robert L. Westhoff, Jr. Parsons, KS One Daughter – Vicki M. Saliba and her husband, Sam Granbury, TX Four Grandchildren – Aaron, Hannah and Miriam Saliba and Maranda Westhoff One Step-Son - Willie Keagle Three Step-Daughters – Linda Barker, Brenda Kern, Cheryl Crews Numerous Nieces and Nephews Two Sisters-in-law - Betty Hibdon and Wilma Hibdon Cousin - Rachael Harmon Special Friend - Phyllis Lowery She was preceded in death by an infant daughter and two brothers, Richard Hibdon and Leo Hibdon. Funeral Mass is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 13, 2007, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Parsons. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Walnut, Kansas. The Rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m., Monday, March 12, 2007, at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. The family will receive friends following the Rosary.
