Description	:	W. Earle Hibner, 84, a native and lifelong resident of Monticello, died Feb. 28,1991, in St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center at Delphi where he had been a patient since October. He had been in ill health for 18 months. He was born in Monticello on Sept. 27, 1906, to John and Cora Keever Hibner. He married Gertrude Tate in Burnettsville on Oct. 25, 1933. She died April 15, 1985. He married Virginia "Shorty" Hoffman in Monticello on June 28,1986, who survives. A retired farmer, he operated a welding shop on his farm, worked at White County Memorial Hospital for 17 years and drove a school bus for the Monticello school system for 17 years.
