Born July 15, 1932 in Moore, son of the late Elbert Lee and Dora Tucker Rhinehart; husband of Cornelia Edge Rhinehart. Member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church, a Veteran of the U.S. Navy serving on the Monongahela AO-42 in the Korea War and a State Constable. Retired from Jeffrey Manufacturing, was an associate with Stribling Funeral Home since it opened in 1994, former Minister of Music at Poplar Springs Baptist Church, Burnsview Baptist Church, Selma Baptist Church, Beaver Hills Baptist Church and most recently at Moore Baptist Church. Member of Poplar Springs Masonic Lodge #415, Past Master, Past District Deputy, 33rd degree Scottish Rite and a member of the Eastern Star. Survivors also include two sons, Dennis C. Rhinehart (Marguerite) and Timothy C. Rhinehart (Teresa); a sister, Frances Lynch (Tommy); two grandchildren, Heath Rhinehart (Kimberly) and Kayla Poynter (Brent); five great grandchildren, Skyler and Ethan Rhinehart, Reagan, Arriston, and Brantley Poynter and his friend Red. Predeceased by three brothers, Leon, Donald, and Barnette Rhinehart; and three sisters, Janelle Cooper, Rachel Nunn, and Lois Rhinehart. The family received friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Stribling Funeral Home. Funeral Services were 11:00 am, Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Poplar Springs Baptist Church.
