| Description | : | Yvonne Jane Ford Kaarup Davis, 86, passed away August 28, 2007 at Pioneer Memorial Nursing Home in Viborg, after a lengthy battle with a degenerative nerve disease. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Saturday, September 1, 2007 at the Hansen Funeral Home in Irene. Burial will follow in the Union Cemetery at Wakonda. Yvonne was born October 16, 1920 to Lucian W. and Bessie Ford, publishers of the Wakonda Monitor in Wakonda, South Dakota. Yvonne married Roger Kaarup December 28, 1946.
