She was born Aug. 20, 1903, in St. Sylvestre, Quebec, Canada, the daughter of Elzear and Emma Paquette Parent. A resident of Berlin since 1922, Mrs. Vezina was a member of St. Anne Parish. She was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne and a former member of the St. Anne Social Club. She is survived by her sons Armand Vezina and wife Esther of Windsor VT, and Robert Vezina and wife Lucille of Hartford CT; daughters Mrs. Roland (Florence) Parent of Windsor VT, and Mrs. Rita Angers of West Hartford CT; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; brother Edgar Parent of Macon GA; sisters Miss Eugenie Parent and Mrs. Cecile Nolet, both of Berlin NH; daughter-in-law Rita L. Vezina of Falmouth MA; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Henry L. Vezina on Oct. 9, 1971; son Roland Vezina on Oct. 6, 1983; and sisters Rose Alma Bernier, Marie Laure Chagnon, and Lena Aubey. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, March 8, 11 a.m., at St. Anne Church. Interment in St. Kieran Cemetery. Calling hours are today, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., at the Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High St., Berlin NH.
