Born March 9, 1893, in White County, she was the daughter of Morgan M. and Cassie Shell Hughes. She had also been employed at Fraker Grocery, Young America. She was a member of the Young America Baptist Church and Pythian Sisters. Her marriage was Aug. 18, 1934, in Monticello to Lee R. Fraker who survives. She was a member of the Young America Baptist Church and Pythian Sisters. Her marriage was Aug. 18, 1934, in Monticello to Lee R. Fraker who survives. Surviving with the husband are one daughter, Mrs. Genevieve Willis, Paris, Ill.; one son, Wayne H. Davis, 1016 Lynas St.; one stepson, Clayton Fraker, Littleton, Colo; two brothers, Ted Hughes, Monticello; and Murrell Hughes, Rt. 6; one sister, Mrs. John Talbutt, Buffalo; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. One daughter and several brothers and sisters preceded her in death. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday at Young America Baptist Church with the Rev. William Mocherman and the Rev. Ben Lother officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Monticello. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Tuesday at Fisher Funeral Home and at the church one hour before services.
