Description	:	Zoe Maxine Myers, age 95, was born September 1, 1920, to Isaac Henry and Grace (Archer) Baysinger in Polk County, Iowa. She died at Knoxville Rehab in Knoxville, Iowa on November 28, 2015. Maxine was the oldest of five children. She lost her mother when she was only thirteen years old. Unable to care for his young family, Henry placed the children with other family members. Maxine was with a grandmother for a year before losing her. Read More	Zoe Maxine Myers, age 95, was born September 1, 1920, to Isaac Henry and Grace (Archer) Baysinger in Polk County, Iowa. She died at Knoxville Rehab in Knoxville, Iowa on November 28, 2015. Maxine was the oldest of five children. She lost her mother when she was only thirteen years old. Unable to care for his young family, Henry placed the children with other family members. Maxine was with a grandmother for a year before losing her. Then sent to an aunt and uncle in the country for the rest of her childhood. On March 21, 1947, she was united in marriage to Samuel Lester Myers. To this union six children were born, Dennis, Robert, Lester, Donnie, Rick, and Patricia. Maxine loved family and always enjoyed having a garden and a pet to keep her company. She has missed Sam since loosing him in 1998. Survivors include her children, Dennis and Jeanette Myers of Bussey, Iowa, Bob and Sue Myers of Melrose, Iowa, Lester of Neosho, Missouri, Donnie and Shirley Myers of Brookland, Arkansas, Rick Myers of Brookland, and Trisha Harvey of Kansas City, Missouri; 23 grandchildren and one deceased; numerous great grandchildren; and several great, great grandchildren.
