| Description | : | The medieval parish kirk of St Mary’s, which is one of Aberdeenshire’s Historic Kirkyards, was rebuilt in 1471 and demolished in 1797 but the aisle was spared . There are a large number of table-top and recumbent tombstones, with stones dating from the 16th to the 19th century. The present St Mary’s Parish church is on a different site and does not have a graveyard. There is a new cemetery on Colleonard Road, Banff. |
