The cemetery is located under the tree tops with the entrance at the street's dead ending of the 3100 blk. of Royston Ave. Baltimore MD 21214 which was Baltimore County until 1918 when Baltimore City annexed the area surrounding it. Sold due to a family member dying and the unpaid taxes in 1964, the Cemetery is still threatened today in 2018 by a developer wishing to build Royston Gardens Project, a housing development.
