Description	:	Located in the village of Coopers Mills, this cemetery is owned and maintained by the Town of Whitefield. At the annual town meeting in March 1951 Whitefield “Voted to accept title to parcels as follows; Parcel known as the Howe Cemetery together with improved section with vault thereon; also right of way extending from highway around entire cemetery to the highway again. Said title shall be accompanied by a trust fund of not less than ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00). Income only shall be used to improve and forever keep well kept.
