Description	:	Hadjee Alexias Argyree died in 1777. His estate and family contributed to the purchase of the land and the erection of the Greek Church of the Transfiguration of Our Blessed Redeemer on Mount Tabor. The church was consecrated on August 6 1781. This church was eventually demolished and a new one built at Kalighat in 1926 These memorials are for the burials at the original church.
