Description	:	This is Grube's original burial site, in a tomb he fashioned for himself prior to his death. It is made of limestone and is very near a small stream on what had been his property and the site of his store and the Cedar Fork Post Office. At his death, Grube was placed therein but about a year after his death an inquest was held after suspicions arose surrounding the circumstances relative to his demise. Read More	This is Grube's original burial site, in a tomb he fashioned for himself prior to his death. It is made of limestone and is very near a small stream on what had been his property and the site of his store and the Cedar Fork Post Office. At his death, Grube was placed therein but about a year after his death an inquest was held after suspicions arose surrounding the circumstances relative to his demise. After the sheriff and others were satisfied that Grube had died of the effects of excessive alcoholism and not foul play, his widow ordered that he be buried at Ebenezer (Stone Church) Cemetery where his grave is marked with a headstone. Grube's vault remains intact though unoccupied since about 1876.
