On August 26, 1939 Mrs. Edna Hill, a widow, for $10.00, deeded 1 acre to J.S. Beloate, R.G. Burrow, Mrs. Mae Burrow and Mrs. Sallie Cook, trustees of the Holly Springs Cemetery Association.
