Located near the junction of Herrell Ln and Raccoon Valley Rd about 1-1/2 miles east of the junction of Raccoon Valley Rd (TN-170) and US-25W in the Claxton community about 4 miles south of Clinton near Zion Baptist Church & cemetery on US-25W. There are numerous other graves marked only by fieldstone markers that mark the burials of Herrell family slaves and freed black farm workers at the Herrell farm.
