This is a family cemetery started under ownership of Benjamin Jones. The cemetery is not maintained and some of the stones have been moved to another cemetery for memorial purposes. The bodies remain. Stones moved include those of Richard Bastin Thorp, who married into the Jones family, and his second wife, Mary A. (Jones) Marshall Thorp.
