Description	:	From Gladys Thomas, Casey County, Kentucky 1806-1983: Reported by Mr. and Mrs. Joe Cutter, and Stanton and Ethel Rousey. Located on Sandknob Road #1018 on Stanton Rousey Farm 5 miles from Moreland. A number of graves are marked by rocks without inscription. This cemetery is one of the oldest in this section of the county. When the farm was purchased by Mr. Rousey forty years ago, the deeds were checked for 150 years. There was a graveyard on this property at that time making the Maxey Graveyard at least 190 years old.
