| Description | : | James and Sarah Whitehouse came to Kentucky 1787 from Fauquier County, Virginia, and settled near head of Scrubgrass Creek, which empties into the North Rolling Fork near KY 243 and Wards Branch Road. In the late 1940s Beckham Edwards owned the old Whitehouse land, which is about four miles up the creek. The graves once marked by field stones can no longer be located.
