Description : David Wismer was a member of the Funkite Mennonite Church. According to local history, David was a headstrong individual and when the Funkite Church disbanded, he did not want to be buried with the regular Mennonites and so established a cemetery on his farm. There are only six marked burials in the cemetery: David & Hannah Wismer and their granddaughter Hannah Martha Fitzgerald, and Henry & Catharine Gotwals and their granddaughter Mary Price.
