Description	:	Mr. Aaron Fildes of Hartford, Arkansas heard Jesus call him home on Wednesday evening, November 16, 2016. Aaron was 92 years old. He was the son of the late Howard and Ina Fildes and was born at a hospital in Leeds, Kansas. He was welcomed into Heaven by his beloved wife Betty and other family members. Aaron served in the armed forces in World War II. He was a faithful member and deacon of Jamesfork Baptist Church; a former Southern Baptist Missionary volunteer to California and Oklahoma and once in Nicaragua. He was a retired employee of Pepsi Cola.... Read More	Mr. Aaron Fildes of Hartford, Arkansas heard Jesus call him home on Wednesday evening, November 16, 2016. Aaron was 92 years old. He was the son of the late Howard and Ina Fildes and was born at a hospital in Leeds, Kansas. He was welcomed into Heaven by his beloved wife Betty and other family members. Aaron served in the armed forces in World War II. He was a retired employee of Pepsi Cola. Aaron also (in his younger years), ran a milk route. His family moved to Arkansas and there, Aaron worked at the CCC until he left for the United States Air Force. Aaron was preceded in death by his beloved wife of over 68 years: Betty Fildes a small sister: Eva Fildes, 1 infant son: David Aaron Fildes(buried at Coop Prairie Cemetery); his parents; 2 brothers; 1 grandson: Andy Keller. He is survived by two sons: Rusty and Michael Fildes of the home; two precious daughters: Adrienne Miles and husband Bill of Huntington, Arkansas and Janice Keller of Hartford, Arkansas; one sister-in-law: Melba Simmons; other relatives and many dear Jamesfork Baptist Church family members and other friends. Graveside service was held on Saturday morning, November 19, 2016, at James Fork Cemetery with burial to follow under the direction of Martin Funeral Home. A life celebration was then held at Jamesfork Baptist Church around 11:30 a.m. Pallbearers will be members of the James Fork Baptist Church.
