She afterwards removed to Republic Co., Kansas, where she was united in marriage to George Wesley Graham in 1880. To this union three girls were born: two of which, Mrs. Lydia Adams of Munden and Mrs. Nora Gleason of this city still live. She died of cancer at the home of Mrs. Jon Gleason after several months of great suffering. But even when in pain she had a cherry smile for everyone. She afterwards removed to Republic Co., Kansas, where she was united in marriage to George Wesley Graham in 1880. To this union three girls were born: two of which, Mrs. Lydia Adams of Munden and Mrs. Nora Gleason of this city still live. She died of cancer at the home of Mrs. Jon Gleason after several months of great suffering. But even when in pain she had a cherry smile for everyone. She was a believer in Jesus Christ and loved to converse on religious topics especially the second Coming of Christ. Several hours before she passed away she would raise her hand and point and say "Oh how beautiful it is over there, I want to go; I have just suffered everything here, there is mother and the angels coming to meet me." She peacefully breathed her last Aug. 11, 1909. A short services was held in the home in Belleville by Mrs. Mead and the remains were taken to the Old Ida Cemetery for interment. The funeral sermon was preached in the M. E. church in Munden to a large concourse of old neighbors and friends, by Rev. Barber. She leaves a husband, two daughters, and a brother to mourn. The brother, Mr. Delph, of Russell, Kans. came last week to be at her bedside.
