Their first two children, Nancy & John, were born in Lancaster Co., PA. Between 1787 & 1794 the family moved from Pennsylvania to Old Town, Frederick Co., Virginia. After the Civil War "Old Town, Frederick Co., Virginia" became Hampshire Co., West Virginia. The rest of their children, Joseph, Sarah, Benjamin, Franklin, Mary, Abraham and Samuel Weaver were born in what became "Old Town, Hampshire Co., West Virginia".
